Based in Eden Valley, Minnesota, A Maze'n Farmyard welcomes families to enjoy a day with animals, from riding ponies to feeding ducks and fish. It also offers entertainment such as a bounce barn, a permanent maze, and multiple slides. A Maze'n Farmyard is committed to giving back to the community through charitable giving and donates to the Eden Valley Lions Club.
Founded in 1917, the Lions Club encourages volunteers to serve their communities, both locally and around the globe. Among its international efforts, the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) established the Lions SightFirst Madagascar (LSFM) program to enhance eye care services and restore sight in Madagascar. The program celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019. At the core of the LSFM program is the SightFirst Madagascar Eye Center in Madagascar, which offers eye care daily to people in need. The center is supported by 53 Lion and Leo clubs and the LCIF. Over the past 20 years, the center has made significant contributions to restoring vision in the country. For instance, it has completed more than 77,000 cataract surgeries, trained more than 60 physicians, and distributed more than 101,000 pairs of glasses.
